The society volunteers provide food, water, and shelters to these homeless
cats who live in managed colonies where the TNR program is carried out.
The society feeds on a scheduled basis 100 cats in 14 different colonies, as
well as various strays in the area. Insulated shelters have been built and
provided for the cats, foster homes are utilized, pick up and delivery of cats
to Vets and other forms of assistance is offered to the cats by the society. The
society advocates spay and neuter of all pets.
As a result of the efforts put forth by the CBFSS, these animals have become
manageable, presentable and over time will diminish in numbers and eventually
die a humane death under the control of the society.
